I knew something wasn’t right. The pain, cramping and bloating I went through each month were unbearable, yet when I went to my GP, my pain was dismissed as “just heavy periods.”

Years later, a huge 16cm fibroid was discovered!
 

The shock, frustration, and fear of it all pushed me to find natural ways to manage fibroid symptoms and take back some control over my health.

Now, I help women reduce fibroid pain, bloating and fatigue through realistic nutrition and lifestyle support - no diets, no quick-fixes or overwhelm, just evidence-based changes that actually work.

Over time, I also noticed something else. Many of the women I was supporting in their 30s, 40s and early 50s weren’t just dealing with fibroids, they were navigating the hormonal changes that come with perimenopause too, often without real understanding or support.
 

There was a clear gap. Women were being told it was ‘just hormones’, left to figure it out for themselves, and struggling with fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, anxiety and disrupted sleep, alongside changing menstrual cycles.
