Supportive Perimenopause Exercise for your Next Chapter

is
this
you?

If you’re a woman aged 35+ and any of this sounds familiar, support is available to help you make sense of what’s changing, and how to start feeling better in your body and day-to-day life.

  • Dealing with perimenopause symptoms like low energy, random hot flushes and disrupted sleep?

  • Experiencing unexplained weight gain, low mood or feeling more anxious than usual?

  • Noticing more joint niggles, waking up feeling stiff, or that your body just isn’t moving as freely as it used to?

is
peri-cise?

It combines exercise, education and wellbeing support through group and 1:1 coaching, as well as talks and workshops for workplaces and organisations, helping women understand what’s changing in their bodies, move in ways that help common perimenopause symptoms, support long-term health, and feel more confident navigating this next chapter of life.

do next.

At Peri‑cise, we understand that perimenopause isn’t just a phase - it’s a significant chapter that deserves dedicated support. As our hormones shift, our physiology changes too, which means the way we move, train, and care for ourselves needs to evolve. That’s why our approach goes beyond ‘just exercising.’ We help support joints, bones, energy and long-term health, not just burning calories for the sake of it -especially when perimenopause symptoms begin to affect how your body feels and functions.

While many health and wellness programmes focus on menopause, Peri‑cise is designed for the perimenopausal years, the stage before menopause when changes begin and support matters a lot. Perimenopause can last several years, yet it’s often overlooked.

Here, we don’t just go through the motions; we learn, we move, and we take proactive steps to feel strong and in control of our next chapter, focusing on what truly works as the best exercise for perimenopause, alongside education and coaching support that help you understand why your body is changing

per-cise is different

meet your coach

I’m Emma, a qualified Women’s Health & Wellness Coach with a background in Personal Training and Physical Education, specialising in perimenopause exercise and movement that supports women through this stage of life.

Peri-cise was created after noticing a real lack of local support for women entering perimenopause, particularly when it comes to available information, hormonal support and movement that reflects what the female body needs at this stage of life.

Too many women are quietly dealing with perimenopause symptoms daily, including in the workplace, without feeling supported or understanding what’s changing in their bodies.

Bringing together my experience in coaching, education and movement, I created Peri-cise to change that - a space where women can learn what’s happening in their bodies, move in ways that match their changing physiology, and feel genuinely supported through a chapter that every woman will experience.
